What is spirituality?
Spirituality is a way of life, the first step to being a spiritual gangster is to acknowledge that you are a spirit having a brief human experience.. The choice to be spiritual is one of the most important decisions you will ever make in this life.
Spirituality is an all-encompassing term that refers to the various practices related to feeding your soul. By that, we mean the things that give you the energy to sustain yourself through the ups and downs of life, the things you do to make yourself a better person, and the activities that make you feel closer to something greater than yourself.
It’s about the way we live our lives, our values, and our personal relationships with others and with the universe. Spirituality can be hard but with practice it gets easier.
The field of spirituality refers to any belief system that deals with the concept of a divine being. While spirituality is often associated with organized religions, such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Christianity, it is important to note that spirituality is not synonymous with religion. Spirituality is a personal journey of discovery that doesn’t require anyone else and doesn’t require any special training or sanctuary to practice.
Let’s face it: there are days when it seems impossible to connect to God, the source of our strength and joy, isn’t there? We all have dark days and questions of faith, and it’s important to acknowledge, first, that you’re not alone. In fact, your experience is common to all of us. It’s part of being human. There are many who believe that God is within us, that each of us has the potential to be divine. In this blog, we talk about our relationship to God and how we can all realise our true divinity.
Since, the divine is in all of us, then the first thing we need to do in order to have a relationship with God is to have a relationship with “self”. Love self, the moment we decide this we begin to have a relationship with our higher self “the Divine within us”.

Self-love is not as easy as people think, it requires you to be none judgmental, to forgive yourself and others. Will you date you? I sometimes ask myself that question and depending on my state of mind, the answer may be Nope, not right now homebody. Now if you ask yourself that question and your answer is yes then name ten reasons and if your answer is yes, name ten reasons why anyone will want to date you.
The point is, you should be the person you will date. This exercise opens your mind to both the good and bad qualities we all have, and lets us reflect on them and choose what version of ourselves we want to be now.
This path may require the spiritual seeker to go to some dark places, feel things that you rather forget. It will require you to bathe in the past’s pain but do realise that your past sins do not exist to God. You are sinless in the site of God as you are his son and daughter. So let go of your pains, sins, or anger.
If you are willing to take this path of remembrance, then expect the peace and joy that is beyond human comprehension. My path was tearful, but it was my baptism to the mysteries of the divine. In summary “love of self” is the key to spirituality and abundance in life energy. The meaning of spirituality is to love yourself and then love others because we are “all one.”

Start your practice with forgiveness. Many people, especially in today’s world, feel like they’re constantly being let down by the surrounding people. It can frustrate, and sometimes it may seem like there’s just no way to deal with it. But like anything else, it’s possible to learn how to forgive people who have hurt you. Forgiveness frees you from low vibrations, negative thoughts and feelings that bring you down. It means letting go of all anger towards another, and instead choosing a higher vibration of peace.

As a human being, you have the capacity to appreciate and be grateful for all the good things in your life. You can take time to feel how blessed you are and how fortunate you are to have the things you have. It is a choice to be grateful, and it’s a choice that will make you feel better. And if you choose to write down your blessings, you will be surprised at how much more you have to be thankful for.
Being grateful can do wonders for your happiness—and your health. “I’m grateful I had a roof over my head and food to eat”. “I’m grateful for the roof leaking and the fact I could not afford to buy better food” (so I ate nothing). Research shows that feeling grateful can improve your immune system, lower your blood pressure, and even make you feel happier. So if you’re feeling down, remember: there’s something to be grateful for, no matter how bad things might seem right now.

As we grow up, we often hear that we need to measure up to certain standards—to be successful, to be attractive, to be cool, to be rich, to be powerful, to be loved. For many of us, we are compared to our peers, our siblings, or our parents, and find that we and some group of people come up short. Our belief now is I am not enough.
We believe that we need to do more, to be better, to be more. We believe that we need to be someone other than who we are in order to be enough. That is simply not true. You are enough because what is in you is divine intelligence, divine strength, divine beauty. Choose your highest thought of yourself, work towards it and see your life transform like a cocoon into a butterfly. You are enough and perfect says your soul.

We are taught that our lives are limited. From an early age, we are told there are only so many resources, only so much room at the top. But what if that’s not true? What if, at the core of all we do, there is enough? It sounds wonderful, but it is rarely spoken of, because it is not a simple concept. It is not something you can put a sign on and sell. Yet, it is something that, if we live it, we will be free to become all we are meant to become.

Sitting still and focusing on one’s breathing can be difficult at best and impossible at worst. But meditation doesn’t have to be a struggle, and it can be easier to practice than you might think.
“What is meditation?” is a question many people ask when they hear of it. The short answer is that meditation is a way to find peace and inner truth by focusing on one thing. Commonly, meditation is done by focusing on one’s breathing, but it can also be done by focusing on a mantra or a sound, such as a tuning fork. The person meditating focuses on that object or sound, while all other thoughts are ignored. The idea is to quiet one’s mind and find a deeper sense of peace and serenity.
Mindfulness is a practice that focuses mental and emotional awareness on the present moment, without judgement. It can be an effective tool for stress reduction and pain management, as well as improving quality of life in general. When practicing mindfulness, one focuses on bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, and surrounding environment, and accepts them without judgement.
Mindfulness has roots in Buddhism, but is also recognized in other religions and philosophies, including Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Mindfulness practices can be as short as a few seconds, or as long as several hours. In the West, mindfulness is often thought of as a secular practice, and is used in psychotherapy, education, and healthcare settings.
Exercise for the mind
We at Consciousbuzz all believe that exercise of the mind is as important as exercise of the body. There are several methods that you can help you in your quest for a better mind. One of the best ways to exercise your mind is to challenge yourself. Challenge yourself to learn new things, to try new things, and try not to dwell on thoughts that do not empower you, choose thoughts of beauty, intelligence, love, peace abundance etc.
If you want to feel more spiritual, you need to exercise your mind. If you never learn anything new, you will never have a different perspective of life and perspective is crucial as we navigate this world, enlightenment comes quickly through Knowledge and wisdom.
The more you exercise your mind and spirit, the quicker you grow spiritually. You should read books, listen to music, podcast, (spiritual and none spiritual contents) travel, and do whatever you can to expand your mind. Be open-minded, learn new things.
Exercise for the body
You can run, but you can’t hide. You can skip your morning jog, duck into a cinema before dinner, even escape to a tropical island for a week, but your body will remember. The benefits of regular exercise are too great to ignore. Regular exercise boosts metabolism, burns calories, and makes you feel good about yourself. It can also strengthen your heart, boost your energy levels and enhance your appearance.
Taking care of your body is crucial if you want to enjoy your incarnation in its highest form. You are a three part “being” body, mind and soul, connect with your body, connect with your mind, connect with your soul. We all know that there are some people who really like us and some who really don’t, but what can you do to get the balance more to your liking?
Start by acknowledging that what you think of you is more important than what others think of you. Most of the time, we are making things up, creating fear and anxiety that are not real. Get comfortable with yourself, love yourself and in return most of your encounters or relationships will be positive. Your opinion of yourself is all that matters, so lift yourself up, stand tall and choose the version of yourself that brings into life your divinity.

The crisis of identity is one of the most common struggles that human beings share. In the face of overwhelming pressure to define themselves in certain ways, people always feel like they have failed to meet the goals that they set. This is because we live in a world that is constantly trying to categorize people in order to make sense of them.
You belong to the human race, a part of divinity in flesh. Separation is an illusion. We are one and connected by the divine to all life. Be less matter (connected to the material world full of fears, doubts and anxiety) instead be spirit connected to the divine full of infinite possibilities in that space you realize where you belong, who you truly are.
The meaning of spirituality is to love yourself and then love others because we are “all one.” This journey is unique to you, but rest assured your higher self has prepared opportunities for you to know the divine. Do not resist. I hope you feel a bit more comfortable starting this journey.
